Paul started at Westwood as pastor of the Cantonese Congregation in September of 2008. From 1981-1992, he worked at the C&MA youth camp in Hong Kong (Suen Douh Camp) as evangelist, program director, and later on as camp director. In the summer of 1992, he went to Vancouver for graduate studies as well as serving part time at a church in China Town. Upon finishing his studies at Regent College in 1995, he began serving full time at the same church until 2001 when he moved to New York to work for the Chinese Churches Associations of C&MA as well as the Alliance Theological Seminary. Paul and his wife, Margaret, have two daughters and five grandkids. The Chiu family enjoys traveling, exploring nature and reading.
